During the initial part, we create a harmonious and safe environment in your own home, which allows you to relax and open up your inner self. In the next step, I guide you back to a significant moment that may have caused your fears or challenges. Through this joint exploration of memories, you gain insights that can facilitate the breaking of old patterns. Finally, in the third phase, we focus on integrating the new insights so that you feel ready to return to your everyday life with newfound calm and self-confidence. In this step, I use healing techniques to heal aspects of your past. After the session, you will feel stronger, have clearer thoughts and be more able to control your life. The session lasts approximately 90 minutes and will be organized as follows: Initially, we will discuss for about 20 minutes what your purpose is for this meeting. We will then spend about 30-45 minutes calming your mind and, with my guidance, reaching a light trance where I will lead you back to past lives. During this phase, I will also provide healing for any blockages that may have arisen in a past life. After that, we will return to a fully conscious state, and together we will analyze what may be behind the blockages you carry with you into your current life. The entire session is conducted remotely via video conference (Zoom). It is important that you are in a distraction-free environment. Some subdued lighting is desirable.
