Reiki Healing

Uppdaterat: 19 maj

I am now also taking the step to continue my Reiki healing path that I started 25 years ago, and will further train myself to the more advanced steps within the teaching.

What is Reiki healing?

Reiki healing is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It involves the use of energy transfer techniques to promote healing and reduce stress. The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words - "rei" meaning universal, and "ki" meaning life force energy. Practitioners of Reiki believe that this universal life force energy flows through all living beings and can be harnessed to heal physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the recipient's body in a series of hand positions. The practitioner then channels the Reiki energy to the recipient, helping to balance their energy and promote healing. Many people report feeling a sense of relaxation, peace, and well-being during and after a Reiki session.

Research on the effectiveness of Reiki healing is still ongoing, but many people swear by its benefits. Some of the reported benefits of Reiki include reduced stress, pain relief, improved sleep, enhanced emotional well-being, and increased energy levels. Reiki is often used in conjunction with traditional medical treatments to complement and support overall health and well-being.

While Reiki healing may not be a replacement for traditional medical care, it can be a valuable tool in promoting holistic healing and well-being. Whether you are dealing with physical pain, emotional distress, or simply seeking relaxation and balance in your life, Reiki healing may be worth exploring. So why not give it a try and experience the healing benefits of Reiki for yourself?
